4. Warranties & Liability

We provide warranties on solar panels and inverters as per the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) terms. SOI Solar warrants its installation workmanship for a period defined in your contract.

We are not liable for performance drops caused by external factors such shading from new structures, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications to the system.

6. Governing Law
